Clients are recommended to review our policies and disclaimers prior to or during contracting with us, Universal Care Access.

Purchase Policy:

Items on the website reflect some of the items that have been in stock. Once purchased, they are non-exchangeable, refundable, and/or returnable.

Customers must inspect their items and sign an acknowledgment form attesting that the item was received with no damage and agreeing to our no return, refund, and exchange policy.

Most of our items can be paid for online, then picked up at our designated mobile area and event locations in Brooklyn within 1-3 days.

Customers who request shipping services, delivery times vary according to the delivery destination.

Service Policy

Contract with Universal Care Access must be signed, and all other relevant documents must be on file before receiving services from us.

Independent Contractors are fully responsible for delivering services to individuals within their professional code of ethics and guidelines.

Universal Care Access will assist our clients in getting additional services that we do not provide at their request.

Payment Policy and Disclaimer

Private Pay Policy

Payment for services must be received 3 days before the service startup date and 1 day before follow-up or evaluation visits.

If you are enrolling in a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payment plan, payments must be received no later than 1 day before starting your services.

Companies or Facilities, or Groups
All other payments originating from companies or facilities are expected to be disbursed to UCA according to the individualized contracts that are in effect.

Withdrawal or Cancellation Policies
After signing the contract, a percentage or all the fees are non-refundable at our discretion depending on the reason and timing of the withdrawal from the contract.

Any canceled visit will be rescheduled at no cost if the request is made 8 hours or more before the appointment time.
